Crystal & Ryan

Crystal and Ryan's Peacock wedding was fun to plan. I love the rich colors of the peacock feather and finding ways to discretely incorporate the feathers or their colors into the wedding.

I really had fun creating the aisle for Crystal! If the cake is the star of the reception (and it is!) then the aisle is the important back drop for the real star of the day... the Bride in her dress! It always seems a shame to me that so many Brides seem to forget about how important the aisle is to the wedding ceremony. After all, this is where everyone sees the Bride and her beautiful gown first!

The wedding aisle, as important as it is, is often forgotten because it is so difficult to figure out how (or who) can do it! Most often, the aisle must be decorated shortly before the guests are seated and then just 90 minutes later all disassembled and carted away. Brides can not have wedding party or family help with this task as they are busy enjoying the wedding. This is where we come in!

We are experts at creating and staging unique wedding aisles. You may have decided that you do not need a planner for your wedding, but my guess is you'll need help with this important task if you are to give the aisle and your walk to the alter what it deserves!

Hire us to create and stage your aisle. Email us for prices as the cost is dependant on the length of the aisle and the style you desire. We would love to help you create a unique look complete with a personalized runner, fabric swags and pew "puddles".

"Hidden" Basketball hoop! I love that we were able to drape this hoop and people were asking what we used to make the back drop.... ha ha.... they thought we brought something in to highlight the cake, when all the time we were using the cake to hide the Basketball hoop! I guess that is the best compliment we can get!

What's Your Style?

Many people ask me what is my favorite type of wedding to plan. Well, I really do not have a favorite type or even a style... because what I love doing is to custom make each wedding for the wedding couple. I love a challenge and I love to take an idea and work to make each event I do special.

I sew, craft, and paint. My husband is good with wood, graphics and a camera.... so really we are only limited by our (or your) imagination. I have done all types of events, from 50's parties, murder mysteries, to Pirate ships and almost everything in between- so you see I am not limited in the imagination department!

Pear Productions is good with problem solving too. When we were faced with a giant metal cell tower right in the middle of one of our receptions, we choose to drape it with fabric, light it and stage the cake under it! No one was wondering why the tower was in the center of the area... they were just remarking how beautiful the cake was!

At a recent wedding we had a basketball hoop in the middle of our space which could not be moved. We again used it to highlight our cake and pull the attention to it rather than trying to ignore it  by draping it and adding floral and a chandelier!

We would love to help you pull your wedding together and work with you to create a one of a kind spectacular event that not only you but all your guests will remember!
